Christoph Kraiker is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the private-label-fund industry in Luxembourg. Specializing in legal setup and client advisory, he has been instrumental in providing expert guidance to private-label-fund initiators.

In 2019, Christoph elevated his role by joining the Management Board of Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A., where he oversees Client Relationship Management Real Assets on both local and international scales, as well as Portfolio Management Real Assets and Fund Structuring Real Assets.

In addition, Christoph served as a Member of the Management Board at LOYS Investment S.A. from 2016 to 2019.

Since November 2013, he works at Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A., where he initially joined as Head of Consulting. In this capacity, he spearheaded advisory and operational support for fund initiators, handling diverse tasks such as product inquiries with regulatory authorities and guiding clients through fund setup, migration, and merger processes. Additionally, Christoph brings valuable expertise in real assets to his role, enriching his comprehensive understanding of the sector and its intricacies.

Prior, he worked as Head of Client Advisory at Alceda Fund Management S.A. and was in charge of the departments of customer support and client service.

In January 2025, Christoph was appointed CEO of Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A., leading the company’s strategic development.
