Constantin Freiherr von Wendt, Salm Global Timber Gmbh

Constantin Freiherr von Wendt is Managing Partner of the Salm Global Timber GmbH, based in Wallhausen, Germany. Constantin is responsible for Fund Management and Investor Relations for all timber and farmland investments of the Salm-Salm Group. He has now been in a management position for over 10 years. With offices in the USA, Europe and New Zealand, the Salm-Salm Group offers a full range of asset management services in this area.

After a one-year study visit to the USA, he successfully completed his studies in philosophy and law (2nd state examination). Constantin gained professional experience at Thyssen Krupp Services and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Düsseldorf, among others. Before joining the Salm-Salm Group in 2009, he worked as a political advisor at the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg.
