Caspar Preysing is Partner in the Digital Infrastructure Advisory practice at PwC and Head of the Gigabit Office of the German Federal Government.

In recent years, he has supported the establishment and operation of broadband competence centers in several federal states and advised various market participants on the development and implementation of their gigabit strategies.

He has been managing complex projects for public and private clients for over 20 years and has extensive experience in financing, strategy development, and project management.

He holds a Master in Economics & Politics from the University of Edinburgh, is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the "Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales," and a Business Mediator (IHK).
