Dr. Lorenz Jüngling began his career in 2004 at McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant. In 2010, he was promoted to Partner and advised significant companies worldwide.

In 2016, he joined N26, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech companies. He started as Chief Operating Officer before transitioning into the role of Chief Product Officer. Dr. Jüngling played a crucial role in scaling N26’s user base to 1.5 million, introducing numerous viral features that accelerated the company’s success. His contributions helped increase N26’s valuation from €250 million to €2.7 billion.

In 2019, he joined Moonfare, the world’s leading technology platform for alternative investments, initially as a Senior Advisor before quickly assuming the role of COO and Managing Director. In 2022, he additionally took on the role of CFO, and since 2023, he has been Co-CEO alongside founder Steffen Pauls. Under his leadership, Moonfare has grown its assets under management from €80 million to over €3 billion, expanded to 23 markets worldwide, and now employs more than 200 people.
